Job Shadowing

Job Shadowings are experiences are a very effective way of learning and acquiring new abilities and skills for students, educators, trainers, managers or professionals of any field. Youwill improve their knowledge by gaining an insight on DomSpain’s internal functioning and on our wide local network, which will contribute to expanding it at European level.

The experience includes meetings with professionals in your sector; visits to other entities we collaborate with; seminars on different subjects and fields; cultural activities and touristic visits, etc. Overall, we aim to provide a complete exchange of knowledge, forms of learning and other teaching methods.

Learn from and with your colleagues – Study visits and exchange programmes. In the recent years, we had guests on various topics. We have always organized tailor-made programmes that left no questions unanswered and formed the basis for further cooperation. On request, we will gladly send you sample programs.
